Saint Julitte of Tarsus was a 3rd-century Christian martyr in Tarsus, Cilicia (present-day Turkey). She refused to renounce her Christian faith despite Roman persecution and was sentenced to beheading. His son, Cyricus, survived the martyrdom and became bishop of Tarsus. Their story is revered in the Orthodox, Catholic and Coptic Church, illustrating perseverance and devotion to the Christian faith.
She is celebrated on June 16. The Orthodox Church celebrates it on July 15
His young son Cyr, also sometimes called Saint Quirice, is one of the youngest martyrs in Christianity following the Holy Innocents.
