Refund policy

You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.

If you change your mind, or the product you received does not meet your expectations, please contact us before returning the item to us.
Except in the case of arrangements made with our agreement, the return costs are your responsibility.

Instructions for returning goods:

If you wish to return an item, send us an e-mail stating your name and order number and specifying which items are concerned.

Attach to the package a note indicating if you wish to be reimbursed or if you wish to have a credit note and of course your contact details.

You are responsible for any possible damage suffered by the article during the return. Please provide us with a tracking number for the return package.

If an item is being shipped from overseas, make sure it is marked"RETURNED GOODS"to avoid customs charges. We cannot be held responsible for any customs charges applied to the package.
Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the product is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value when refunding the product.
Returns following an exchange request are made by registered mail within 7 to 10 days.
