Ecclesiastical seal and silk threads present.

The reliquary is accompanied by an original authentic document issued by Nicolaus Angelus Maria Landini (Order of the Hermits of Saint Augustine, by the grace of God and of the Apostolic See, Bishop of Porphyry, Prefect of the Sacred Apostolic Palace and Assistant to the Pontifical See.) on May 11, 1766, certifying the authenticity of the relics contained inside.

Saint Frances of Rome (1384-1440) was an Italian noblewoman who devoted her life to the poor and the sick. Married young, she founded a confraternity of pious women, the Oblates of Tor de' Specchi , dedicated to prayer and charity. Despite her family obligations, she lived in deep spirituality, receiving mystical visions and guidance from her guardian angel. After the death of her husband, she fully joined her religious community. Her tireless dedication to the poor made her a model of holiness. She was canonized in 1608 by Pope Paul V. Today, she is the patron saint of motorists and widows , symbolizing protection and guidance.
