Saint Stanislaus Kostka, born in 1550 in Rostkowo in Poland, was a young Jesuit renowned for his piety and dedication. Raised in a noble family, he chose the path of faith despite his father's opposition. At the age of 17, he joined the Jesuits in Vienna, where he distinguished himself by his fervor and asceticism. His life was marked by deep contemplation and ardent love for Jesus Christ. He died prematurely at the age of 18, but his example inspired many young people to follow his spiritual path. Canonized in 1726, he is today venerated as the patron saint of young students.
