Rare and Superb 19th Century Engraving from 1846
Plate representing various subjects: A cherub; the ark of the covenant with Aaron's rod and the urn of manna; the sacrifices of the ancient pagans from an ancient bas-relief; the clothing of the high priest, according to Fr. Lami; the stone of the Ephod; the cap of the priests; the Ephod and the Rational; the Rational with its twelve stones; gold blade attached to the high priest's tiara.
Original etching by Sebastien Leroy / Maria Mion, Printer Mangeon print printer 1846 in Paris at Migne in the Catholic workshops of Petit Montrouge.
Good condition, 4 small holes in the margin
